Our Story
Riordan operate one of Victoria’s largest grain storage and handling programs, supplying wheat, barley, canola, and pulses to domestic and international markets. Our success is driven by a deep understanding of global grain market needs and a strong focus on quality from paddock to port and beyond.

Our People
Our business success relies on team work with a commitment to quality from the farm gate through to final delivery. We have a strong values-based culture and work together in an open and collaborative environment.
Our team of more than 100 people include experts in logistics, grain marketing, quality assurance, finance, maintenance and administration. We are passionate about the grain and transport industry and actively participate in many industry-good functions.
Community
Riordan actively supports the communities it operates in. Through a targeted program of sponsorships, memberships and donations we are able provide key support where it is most valued.
Through our Fuelling Your Community program we donate a portion of all fuel sales back to causes that matter to residents in the local area.
The donations are given to a charity that is chosen by the people who live in that community, making sure that the money is going to something that matters to them.
To date, contributions have supported local hospital and aged care facilities, sporting groups, and grassroots community initiatives.
As a means of giving back to the community in which the majority of our employees and their families reside and interact, Riordan makes an annual contribution to the Geelong Community Foundation (GCF). The GCF provides grants to a wide range of nonprofits and organisations, who in turn help and improve the lives of those in need.

Our Sustainability Program was shaped by the people who know our business best — our staff, customers, suppliers, and industry partners. Their insights helped us define the priorities that matter. We have also aligned our program with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, allowing us to measure our progress and focus our efforts where they can make the greatest impact.
We are strengthening our safety culture, investing in practices that support long-term business resilience, and taking steps to reduce our environmental footprint.
