We manage one of Victoria’s largest grain handling and logistics programs, supplying wheat, barley, canola, pulses, and other bulk commodities to domestic and international markets.
Alongside our grain operations, Riordan Fuels is one of Victoria’s largest independent fuel distributors, with a widespread network of unmanned tank sites and bulk fuel services tailored to agriculture and industry needs across Victoria and Southern NSW.

Celebrating 30 years in grain
1996-2026
What began with a single tipper truck in Geelong in 1996 has grown into an industry leader in grain logistics and marketing. As we approach 30 years in the grain business, Riordan is recognised for its reliability, innovation, and end-to-end logistics expertise.
We work with some of Australia’s largest brewing, flour milling, and stock feed companies, providing tailored, quality-assured grain services. Since 2017, our innovative mobile bulk ship loader has enabled us to offer flexible and efficient grain exports, enhancing supply chain performance from farm gate to international customer.
In addition to grain, we handle a variety of bulk products including fertiliser, soybean meal, palm kernel, and other imported and exported goods.

Our story began in 1965 when Robert Riordan purchased the Shell Distributorship for South West Victoria and opened his first service station in Colac. Over the decades, Riordan Fuels grew into one of Victoria’s leading private fuel distributors.
Specialising in retail and wholesale fuel, Riordan Fuels understands the needs of the agricultural sector — delivering reliable supply to meet the demands of seasonal operations and machinery performance.
We’re also committed to giving back: a portion of all fuel sales is donated to causes that matter in the communities we serve.
